偶像之偶像在 Mont Sainte-Anne上课时候讲的,跟大家分享。鱼/Ecko 我们仨稍微整理了一下,要是有疑问我恐怕也解释不了啥。


Keys to expert steering:

  • Strong stabilized core, to feel it: a)hold a fart and b) bring belly button towards the spine to engage pelvic floor.
  • Activate glutes by keeping outside leg long to keep strong position in phase 3 (stay in suspension vs in compression). The glutes help with the alignment of outside leg and the power of the steering.
  • Steering effort mainly comes from the adductor muscles rather than from feet, to maintain strength and be powerful in steering.

前两条没体验过,暂时不好理解
第三条验证我一直猜测没提过的观点,大部分运动应该主要是靠大肌肉群和core muscle 发力,所以总觉着只靠转脚似乎有问题
呼气吸气时机怎么和常识相反啊,一般不是发力肌肉收缩时吸气么?

my understanding is
effort mainly from femur turning in hip socket, but ankle and feet cannot just passively follow or be turned.
you need to put some efforts there too.

我感觉是用脚踝膝盖先启动,紧接着由大腿出力。速度越快,坡越陡,就越早把steering effort 交给大腿。
