I think the going up at Tremblant is from the "back side" in the old days (like the Soleil side). the Grand Prix des Coleurs may not be the same as the Grand Prix ski trail in the winter. There are several ways you can climb up. My little dog Speed went up there on her own when she was 6 months old and Warp was 1 year old and we put them in two backpacks at the top and ride the chair down (before the gondola days). When you come to Le Caps that would be like the south side going down from Le grand Manitou. The wild flowers shown Golden Rods and Brown Eye Susans are very pretty and they are all over Ontario too in late August. For Smellfish you can look at the trail map of Tremblant in the winter and you can identify them there in the summer. I think they have built a sled to come down half way from the mountain now and kids love it. Trembalnt is truly a 4 season resort and very suitable for family.
In fact they have quite a few trails for bikes that are excellent. Check the map on Linear Park hear the Trembalnt regaion. You can ride all the way to Label or crom the other side to St Faustin. Truly nice rides! Raspberry in August along the way too.
