For more details on the schedule, please visit the Facebook event page !!
Lodging:
You will be 10-12 people by chalet. If you are alone or are not a full group, we will match you with others in order to complete the spaces. We will do our best so that everyone is happy, so come talk to us and we will try to accommodate everyone as best we can.
If you want to be in a room with a specific group or faculty, please tell us so at the time of your registration and we will do our best to accomodate everyones preferences.
Ski:
The weekend includes two (2) nights and two (2) days of skiing, so Friday and Saturday night, and Saturday and Sunday during the day.
Shuttles will be at your disposition all day and night to access the mountain (for free). For those who don’t want to wait, the mountain is at a walking distance of the lodges.
Refunds:
If you register, a spot is reserved for you for the bus, the chalets and the tickets. If you cannot attend after you have registered, please let us know and we will try and figure something out. Do try to let us know as early as possible. We cannot however guarantee anything, so if you wish to cancel your registration, the only way you are getting a refund is if we find someone to take your place, or if you do the same. Please understand that we work on zero budget, and once your spot is reserved, we won’t be able to refund you unless someone else takes that spot. We do understand that unexpected circumstances may arise at any time, so please do know that we will be as understanding as possible and do all in our possible to accommodate you. We do however appreciate your understanding on the matter.
Responsibility:
When you sign up, we will ask for you to sign a short paper stating your understanding that we are all adults and responsible for our own actions. If you cannot sign the form during registration (let’s say because your friend signed you up), you will be asked to do so on the bus before we leave. You are to act responsibly on the bus, at and around the chalets, on the hill and throughout the whole weekend in general. If you break anything, hurt anyone (including yourselves) or are responsible for any other mishaps, you will be held accountable for your actions. We aren’t your babysitters and will not be responsible for your actions. We definitely encourage fun and partying, but do also stress responsibility. Let’s have fun without causing too many problems ;)
Reminder:
Please do not forget your ski or snowboard equipment! You laugh, but it happens. If you don’t have any, rentals are $65 for the three days. Please also ensure to bring any documentation, identification and papers necessary (i.e., your medicare).
You do not need to be a student at the University of Montreal to register and attend, so invite your friends!!! |
