猫狗板真的需要短吗？

听人说过，猫狗板要短一些。我觉得我现在的板子可能太长，用来滑猫狗是否就更显得长了？
我身高172cm，体重138磅。滑板是Head Icon TT 80 板长164cm。

补充一下，我滑了5年的初级板，长度是162cm，以前没有觉得长，但是根据体重算板长的公式，板子长了。

138lb 是指我的体重，不包括滑雪服等等的重量。I am sure.

From that calculator on that web site, 我的雪板长了 10cm。依你的经验，我应该换板吗？

my point is that, all the calculation you do can only give you a reference, and what you use is only what you chose to use. somethings could work better than others, but at the end of the day, the differences of a couple of inches shouldn't make much of a difference in recreational skiing

大家同意jluo上面说法吗？如果这样，我就用我现在的板子滑 Mogul 就好了。

In my experience with demo skis one year ago, I feel better on 162cm Rossignol Avenger 74 than the 167cm one. But Blue Mountain demo site didn't have anything shorter than 162cm for me to try. 但是区别到底有多少，很难讲的清。也有人讲我需要练习来适应雪板。

说个这个故事吧，上回自己弄canting是因为想调整雪鞋角度，获得最好滑雪效果。没想到平衡器上面自己的腿型正常，后悔不已把自己鞋子调坏了。当时很后悔，拿着调坏的鞋（canting调整用的螺丝被我拧坏了）给母西瓜叽歪墨迹是适应鞋子，还是买过新鞋。最后得出先去滑几圈，实在不行就买新的。滑了半天心里和脚感都觉得很别扭，下定决心换。第二天领导联系了诺帝卡，我以前调的canting度数是-4度，调坏之后的度数是标准不需调整的脚型。很意外，我滑了接近1.5个雪季的错误度数雪鞋！！！

说的很啰嗦，主要意思是我这个水平，没法区别-4或者0，或者+4度的雪鞋，都照样滑。所以引用jluo的话： the differences of a couple of inches shouldn't make much of a difference in recreational skiing
