滑雪饭后甜点 - apple dip recipe

刚学的甜点，昨晚蓝山午饭被瓜分得碗都不用洗，很有成就感。今晚继续，让膘都长别人身上。。。

you will need - 如果是三两口之家只需要2到3分之一的量
2 packages of cream cheese (two bricks)
1 cup brown sugar
250 ml tub of caramel apple dip (usually found somewhere near the apples in groc store) - 害我跑了几个超市，最后才搞清楚就是那种普通的caramel sauce，一般和baking东西放一块的
Some Sprite
6 Skorr bars - bulk barn 有卖
8-12 Green Apples (golden Delicious work well)

let cream cheese come to room temperature and whip it using hand mixer with the brown  sugar until smooth.

Spread it in an even layer on a platter.

micro the caramel for about 25 secs, stir and spread over the cream cheese mix

smash up the Skorr bars and sprinkle over top the caramel.
(easier to break them up if you freeze them first, or use skorr bits from bulk store)

cut apples into thin wedges.  If doing farther ahead of time, soak them in bowl of sprite instead of lemon water, they will not brown and be sweeter.

drain and arrange around the edges of the platter.

can make the dip the night before.

make lots and if you run out of apples use your fingers!
