Interesting. Reminds me of movie produced by a Chinese Canadian on the Chinese restaurants in Canada. No wonder there is a Chinese saying " People take eating to be the first" It is truly ingrained into Chinese culture. It does not matter whether you left China 2 century ago, 1 century ago or FOB (Fresh off the boat).
