do pivoting exercise on the groom trails (do at least 1 to 2 hours before going into moguls)
do hockey stop (do a run or two )
then go into small mogul fieds like the ones in MSLM just transverse to practice the absorption using the knee bend ( like do big c) while do small"jump" or "pumps" all the time - this helps you to loosen the knee - and helps you to bend and keep the body loosen and flexible all the time - Do one big c at a time and end up with skiing out of the mogul field ont to the gloom area to re-centre and then go into the mogul field again....etc. (do at least three runs)
then go into the mogul and start doing pivoting with a rhythm and ensuring you have the poles in front to help with the turning...Ensure you are fully committed to each turn... ( for the rest of the aftrnoon)
Try this sequence next year. It worked well for me.
