多谢热心的阿牛。多拍视频是很重要。我今年也买了一个摄像机，跟你的一样。以后多拍。不过我有时觉得带个摄像机挺麻烦。看来嫌麻烦不行.

顺便提一句，人家书里说了 natual seperation of upper body and lower body
我理解就是不要去过度的反弓，而counter rotation仿佛都不太需要?

I think 北纬以北 can be  a S.T.E.P.  5 skier.
in HPSC, all STEP 5 classes are taught by at least lvl 2, sometimes lvl3.

won't be able to go this weekend.
I've never " 悬梁刺股". I'm even afraid of falling, how would I stab myself.......
