Kids get flus eiasily as they are still growing. Will get better as they grow older. For us make sure less stress and drink a lot of water and eat vege and fruits. That helps a lot. There were a few years when i did tai chi every day and i never had a flu during those years. Last year I was in China and I got a really bad chest cough cause it was so cold in the hotels and use the cold water for bath in late Octobr in jiuzaigou. I will not do it again.
