问个初级问题,雪鞋怎么穿?

这个我有切肤之痛.到现在我也不知道怎么穿.每个雪季之初.我的小腿肚子.都会起大泡.扣只好松得不能再松了.
发现如果穿女式的鞋.就好多了.

You got to have boots fitted.  Your boots are probably too large for you. You have too much space inside your boots in the areas of your feet.  Thus the weights/pressure points go to the shin. That is very painful.   Also you might have no support in your ankle area - you have narrow ankle.  You need padding to support you in your ankle area.  Anyway you got to go to a boot fitter, like Stormrider says. Cannot be dingy about that.  Your boot fitting is most important.

Based on your leg shape (knock legged, bull legged, normal legged), boot alignment person will recommend a boot from that ski shop. Then you try it on snow. He will make further adjustments based on your on snow behavior. It's kind of a long process.

碰上了一个美女老师，心情更激动。还学了雪靴的一些知识，比如从下往上数，第二个扣最重要，一定要扣紧，第三个不要扣太紧，影响刻滑的动作。另外还有如果雪靴想用多年，使用完之后最好四扣扣紧，保持塑料壳形状。
