IMHO, the Speed SL is not good choice for Gua. I have never tested the Speed SL, but general speaking, racing skis need very powerful and precise input. Gua is getting there, but for now, his input to skis could be very blur a lot of time. The Groove is a de-tuned version of the Speed SL, and its threshold for sweet spot should be lower than the racing brother.

I don't believe I have ever seen you skiing Jluo. If you are a much heavier skier and are able to control your pressure better, the Speed SL could be your dream skis.

so, how much do you think is a fair price on those? I am thinking about 300, am I too cheapo on it? :D

I am 200+lbs, and I don't think I will be under 180 anytime soon, and I think I can ski alright ...

maybe I can benchmark with waterwalker, about the same level probably a little bit less

不能去大白是俺的损失,俺现在能用好多种方法滑雪,最近发展出来的一种方法,基本上一个小时就能把俺累爬下,可惜没人给鉴定一下到底是啥玩艺,够不够powerful.
