Monday morning under the snow
February 4, 2013

The last weekend was great for all skiers present at Mont Orford, for many reasons including pleasant weather conditions and awsome skiing conditions. The Ski Town powered by V tour made us dance Gamba style Saturday, while Sunday for the Pied Sportif race, we put our serious back on for a top to bottom giant slalom race on the Jean-d’Avignon. The results will be posted by the end of the day Tuesday.

The snow making team is back to work on this Monday morning. The Jean-d’Avignon, the Magog and the Faniliale trails are closed. Next time you ski them, they will be in tip top shape.

Girous East, the Magnum and most major trails on Orford are open and in great conditions. All learning zones are also open. We will need a good snowfall in order to open the 4 km and Alfred Desrochers.
