标题: 每次去滑雪都冻得脚麻木
每次去滑雪滑到最后脚都冻得没有知觉了，想问一下各位大侠都是怎么保暖脚部的，很想学习一下

买个电热鞋垫。雪店里有。

先看看你的鞋子是否太紧，太紧的话会阻碍血液流通，造成冻脚。

如果不是太紧，可以去雪具店买一副雪鞋加热器，类似于这个 http://www.therm-ic.com/ThermicSoles/ThermicSoles.html

感谢楼上2位老大分享经验。不买加热器的话，可以用暖暖贴，专门给脚用的（toe warmer)，通常雪具店都有卖的。

我们这儿很多人用.在华氏0-5度用过,滑四五个小时毫无压力.

我也覺得很難想像，我唯一能想得的是貼在前腳掌底，然後再把襪子套上。

通常我發生腳凍到麻有幾個原因。

1. 鞋扣扣太緊，血液循環不良。

2. 有雪水滲進雪鞋內，襪子溼掉了。

3. 穿薄襪子。

4. 雪鞋的保緩設計不足。

5. 至於遇到超低溫零下十五~二十度以上，沒遇過。

大概就這幾點了。

一直想弄个boot glove，就是没有地方卖，美国寄油费比东西还贵。原来老鞋子软软乎乎的还暖和，现在的新鞋子体积也小海绵也薄， -10就开始冷了。

贴在前脚面上。Costco季前有卖，30付10多刀。挺好。

My little daughter got the hand warmer last time and we've been told toe warmer but wasn't feel comfortable to assert things in between the feet and inner side of boot.

So this is not going to move along while skiing?

not moving at all. stick to the top of your socks. easy to peel off after use. i use it below -5 c. helps when -20c, but need to go back indoor after 2,3 hours, still much better.

I bought a pair of hotronic, and the foot warmer with wire attach to the battery. They are pretty good but the wires are easy to break.

I bought a bigger battery and it's around $240.
You can replace the wire.
