有沒聽過“pedal turn” ？那是在陡坡上一步一彎的技術；其技術就像騎腳踏車上坡踏板一樣（所以叫“pedal turn” ），新主腳/上腳一直用力向下壓到底轉彎，在陡坡上向下壓轉彎是有點嚇人，但是這技術乾淨利落，很有效。

Jumping,

Contrary to common beliefs, high jumps “don’t” jump, as the force of “jumping” would be absorbed by the kicks and slow down the takeoff speed; high jump is carried out by maintaining the [sufficient] high speed. Most importantly, if you jump, you have to "land," otherwise, you'd be crashed.
