It has been a weird season alright. We had a November snow drought, so Heavenly missed the Thanksgiving holiday weekend opening, then we got record December snow dump, (the powder was too deep and heavy for powder skiing,) and now we have a driest January, there was no precipitations for the whole mouth. Nevertheless, the December record snow dump made up the deficit; it covered the gully in the Canyonland, and now it’s a wide open slope. Skiing is good.
