Discount Shopping Mall near Niagara Falls in US

Anyone can recommend where to go for a dsicount shopping Mall near Niagara Falls on the US side ?  If you know the name and the where about of the mall much appreciated!   I have relatives visiting Toronto and want to go shop for Tablet but not sure where to go on the US side.   Appreciate your information !

as far as i know there is no real discount outlet mall in buffalo, two malls below are most canadian favorate but the Fashio outlet is not a real outlet compare to the prime outlet or tanger outlet all over the US, unless your relative wants to go a little further ... :)

regarding the tablet , it really depends on what type, brand, ipad vs android ... may have promotion here and there, apple store never has discount however the list price in the US store will be a little bit cheaper than here in canada. other places may have discount , the best bet will be searching the bestbuy US site see if there is any promotion recently .
