World premiere for Bodes new POC Signature series helmet, today at the Worlds, SG, men's premiere event.
It was with great honor that POC declared its recent US team athlete Contribution back in October; Bode Miller. An extraordinary athlete that always puts on a great show. If he´s not winning the Big Races, he always shows ultimate skills.
Bode will ski with his new POC Skull Comp Pro Model helmet for the first time today. The design of the helmet reflects Bode's involvement in the Turtle Ridge Foundation. A non-profit organization supporting adaptive and youth sports programs that Bode and his family established in 2005. Its all about enriching the lives of others and building strong communities. 刚开始觉得帽子设计的还很幽默，人年纪大了，速度也慢了，奖牌也拿的少了，就要在头盔上面画个乌龟表示BODE。查一下才知道，原来是BODE和家人自己设立的乌龟基金，自助残障人士和青年运动，哇，肃然起敬，买新帽子多了一个理由！
