回复 1 # 几亩瓜 的帖子 You got to have boots fitted. Your boots are probably too large for you. You have too much space inside your boots in the areas of your feet. Thus the weights/pressure points go to the shin. That is very painful. Also you might have no support in your ankle area - you have narrow ankle. You need padding to support you in your ankle area. Anyway you got to go to a boot fitter, like Stormrider says. Cannot be dingy about that. Your boot fitting is most important. |

这个我有切肤之痛.到现在我也不知道怎么穿.每个雪季之初.我的小腿肚子.都会起大泡.扣只好松得不能再松了. 发现如果穿女式的鞋.就好多了. |

回复 14 # snowfox 的帖子 其实我也不是每一次都疼, 好像是每次踢完球后, 第二天接着滑雪,问题就比较严重. 下次记住把扣放松点, 应该会好一点. 还记得上次去装不烂, 中午吃饭的时候, 松了鞋扣放松一下, 吃完一高兴, 忘了扣上, 就直接去下黑坡了, 一上道才意识到有问题, 但是完全没有办法用力, 只好硬着头皮, 直放而下. 好冏! |
bullpower 你能倒着CARVING我拜你为师。 我前向滑行有比较严重的前后平衡问题, 后向则完全没有, 找一个平缓的坡道, 开始倒滑以后, 转动你的肩膀向后看, 双腿随着上肢协调移动, 你就会发现你在刻划, 肩膀转向另一个方向, 就会转换成另外一个方向, 你会发现你在地上左向一个C, 右向一个C. 要是成功了, 离刻脱下板子, 打个飞地来蒙, 别忘了割上两斤猪肉..... 当然我滑雪以玩为住,以fun为辅, 什么高立刃, 滑的优雅漂亮, 非我所追求. 可能完全不符合你的标准, 所以这一章咱们还是揭过了罢 |
