三峡还没淹之前，我去过一次，景色很美，最后从宜昌回京，吃的方面实在受不了，每道菜都辣得不行，最后只好为我们那桌北京来的单独加了点不辣的菜。

No I am back but I suffered jet lag.  The food was very good all the way but the hot stuff ( hot pot) at Chongqing is really really .. hot.  I am not sure I can take it.  I learned a lot of things.  I am specially interested in the large bookstore at Chongqing where I bought a book on Chinese medicine from the yellow emporer's internal medicine and it teaches you how to heal your self using acupressure according to the time of the day (and night).  Then afterwards I went into HK and bought a whole bunch of books on ancient Chinese literature and really really enjoyed them - like the Thousand words Literary prose.  I liked also the Tao Young Ming's "Returning and leaving Prose" which contained my father's name and my name.  I learned how he gave up being an officer and retunred to being a farmer and the joy he had watching the spring time in the country.  I also bought quite a few books on past life regression medical journals written by a Doctor from Taiwan and they are really interesting reads on how he cured people using past life regression and taught us to be loving and kind in order to resolve the conflict of this world.  I enjoyed my vacation thoroughly although  a bit tired.

07年坐船游过三峡一次，景色很特别，空气也很清新，值得一去

I never go to SiChuan before.

that's the most attractive thing in there.  

The first picture shows a littel river on the right side and it is the famous river that separates the szechuan province from the Wubei province Thus the "su" country is after the river and "choo" country is the Wubei country was the country ruled by the Choo king and su country was ruled by Liu Bei during the three kingdom's time.

It is the middle of the three gorges.  In JPG7 if you look at the peak there there is a little finger like peak and it is the famous Goddess Peak whiich is written in Mao's peom.
