I kind of agree with this,

The NC filter is just plain optical glass, multicotaed both sides, who's only purpose is lens protection.
A UV filter blocks UV rays, useful for film cameras.

乱说一下，

Skylight 天光镜 --不用长焦拍摄天空基本上很难看出效果。

NC 又叫灰镜 --想用慢门拍摄丝丝细流，就要用灰镜减少白天的强光，以达到拍摄效果。
UV --普通的UV镜是单层镀膜，过滤紫外线的效果不行，还会影响成像质量，但遮挡灰尘有用，

多层镀膜的UV才能起到过滤紫外线的作用，不会产生杂光，拍摄远山和海滩会使画面更通透一些，没有带雾的感觉。

Compared to its predecessor the SX230 HS offers better image quality and a meaningfully expanded feature set, including effective GPS.

The only flies in the ointment are noticeable chromatic aberration and fringing in certain shooting situations (which the camera makes no effort to correct), noticeable barrel distortion at the wide end of the zoom and comparatively slow autofocus. We'd love to see Canon add a touch-sensitive screen in the next generation, but for now, the SX230 HS's 'traditional' button and dial interface works well.

另外, 现在觉得最好的相机,是随时都在手边的相机, 那就是手机.
