We have permit for 1 year.  So it will be this year and next year.  But we have to ensure the outside structure is secure for the winter - so the walls and the roof will be to be up before the snow comes.

Yes lupo!  - Look at the cottage - a 2 bedroom taken apart to be redone completely!  Old bones need more exercise!

We are rather similar here.  This fall - a whole 2 bedroom place needs work - all the walls, roof , deck , windows, septic......plus shoreline on the side...non stop.

租了一个地毯清洁机，包括地毯清洁液含税一共60不到，交给清洁公司要130，省了70！机器还蛮给力，就是转角和楼梯特别费力，都要自己拿着刷子刷。

都是勤劳的人。

他去租工具了。马上开工洗地毯~
