刚刚报名参加了一个trampoline的成人课程,
我详细询问了他们,除非你想成为专业的奥林匹克运动员需要从小就练起外,其实蹦床这个运动每个人都可以玩,而且都可以不断进步。就像滑雪一样,如果你需要的是强身健体的话,任何时候开始滑雪都不算晚,不是一定非得要练成能参加奥林匹克运动的那种程度才能去try to learn 滑雪。 所以不要认为trampoline只是kids或运动员的专利。
这个课程有专门的教练指导,不需要你有任何的experience, 不限身高、体重、体型,都可以报名参加,他们课程里面甚至有有70岁的老人。据说蹦床一个小时能消耗600 Calorie, 非常非常的effective,想减肥的美女帅哥们,来尝试下One of the Hottest sports in the City of Toronto 吧!!!

时间:我报名参加的那个是每周四晚上8:30pm (Sept 7th, 2011 - June 25th, 2012,但可以先报名到12月份的,而且是按月收费)
(如果周四没空的话另外他们每周一、,二、三、日晚8点半都有这个课程)
费用:$84/Month 加税 (这个是包含了每月4个星期的每堂课1个半小时的教学费用的,并非只是"门票“)
Trampoline I belieivei is very good for our llymphatic system becsides being used as a sport on its own or as a companion for freestyle skiing. However you have to have good instruction wiith coaches and people to spot your fall as well. I bought a small rebounder for the lymphatic system and use that to do balancing on a smaller scale - especialy pre ski season. I find it helpful. 作者: snowspring 时间: 2011-9-7 07:59
BTW the small rebounder is also very good in training for skiing. 今天去上了第一堂课,真的好好玩哦,享受了非一般的感觉。

这个就是小朋友玩的蹦床吧.那天去MUSKOKA坐船,看见有人玩水上的,我觉得可能更适合我.
