Have a toast before going to bed. Also cooling down - like not doing much exciting stuff before bedtime for an hour. I usually read for 5 minutes and that puts me right to bed. However read something nice like travel brochure etc. Light music also helps. Also having nice bedsheets, take a shower before bedtime are all relaxing things to send you into sweet dreams. 俺最近也是,弄得白天工作很不爽。
试过几种方法,睡前喝一杯红酒,后遗症是可能会酗酒。
睡前用Melatonin,黑色素,动物冬眠的,天然成分。不上瘾,但是我用效果一般。
