This works for me. I eat as much meat as I could. No rice and noodle. I also drink lots of water and eat fruits. Play badminton three time a week (2-3hr each time). I lost 25pbl and keeping it. :) 作者: lulu 时间: 2010-8-12 12:00

Muscle is heavier than fat. When you exercise and you eat, you build up muscle. So your weight does not go down but up but your BM index may be better.
