今天有一起学习滑雪的脸上起了白斑，FROST BITE。
我和另外一个人GOGGLE里面竟然结冰了。。。。。。

但其实今天我并没觉得滑雪特别冷。很奇怪啊，虽然今晚温度够低。
我今天也没有BREAK，一直在外面滑（除了吃饭）。

今天滑雪很爽，从早到晚都人都很少，所有缆车都不排队。
雪也不错。滑的很尽兴。

1）有了心理准备
2）更新了装备
2.1 UNDERARMOR的滑雪内衣果然名不虚传
2.2 昨天熬不住新买了件滑雪衣，轻便保暖，真不错。
2.3 戴了MASK和脖套两重保护
2.4 升级了滑雪手套

美中不足的是今天上课考试全班4个同学全部留级，
让我大吃一惊，因为一个同学滑的非常不错，我一直以为就算我们都留级，他也能升级呢。

So in your opinion the Under Armour worth every penny? I got a few Hot Chilly but found it pretty much useless.

让您失望了，吹不了热风，夏天也吹不了凉风，不能当太阳眼镜用。。。。

结冰的原因是呼吸的热气通过mask到goggle里.

If your mask does not have a hole ( plastics ones) you can cut it with a pair of scissors. You need ventilation so that the breath air can escape and does not fog up goggles. Another thing is that you can wear the goggles indoor before you go out before it is very cold to keep the inside warm and do not take it off when you are outside. Once it is fogged up outside do not rub the inside with anything you need to go inside to let it defrost and dry naturally other wise you ruin the inside of the goggle. Remember you can clean the outside of the goggle with the cloth that comes with the goggle when you purchased but never rub the inside of the goggle or it will be ruined.

So underarmour is the brand? Where do you buy it?

You may try this to de-fog the google. I tried it on several extremely cold days, it seems working on my googles.

Goggle结冰,千万不能用手或硬物去刮冰,也不要用热风吹.最好是拿到室内让冰自然溶化.然后用纸巾将水分吸干.刮冰会将镜片挂花.

You can buy specialty first layer for $200-$500 (reg price) a piece. They are good, of course. I also use surfing shirt (for summer water sport) in cold days. It's about $40-$80 (reg price) a piece. You may get them on sale at the end of summer season. Buy the thin one (less than 0.5 mm thickness). It really works.

Disclaimer: this is one of the few serious posts from CC.

1. 戴mask是不漂亮，但是脸面要紧啊。
２。 mask最好是那种face contour，嘴有孔，鼻子有孔， fleece面料的。
３。我之前的oakley goggle 带在mask上一定有水气，换了mask，再无此情况。（我的新mask foam外面有一层fleece，可能更贴mask，也许这是防止水气的原因）

自从用了冲浪背心，我胃口也好了，睡眠质量也高了！
